And we're looking for a Front of House Manager who’s ready to keep the party going!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead our incredible front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service (with a smile!)
  • Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel like VIPs every time they walk in the door
  • Coordinate seating, game reservations, and make sure the flow of the room is just right, even on the busiest of game nights
  • Keep an eye on guest satisfaction—because at South Shore Social, everyone’s experience matters
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to make sure service is smooth, timely, and stress-free (for both the team and guests!)
  • Manage and train the front-of-house team and coordinate scheduling through our scheduling app
  • Be the go-to problem solver—whether it’s a customer question or team support, you're the one everyone counts on

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven leader with at least 2 years of management experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills—you know how to rally a team and make everyone feel their best
  • A love for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Quick problem-solving skills, cool under pressure, and a positive attitude no matter how crazy it gets
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and event nights (hey, that’s when the fun happens!)
